With great sadness, the firm shares that Herbert P. Sydney has passed away.
Herb founded the original firm in 1958 and served as Co-Senior managing partner of SAGH. For decades, individuals and businesses relied on his advice in estate planning, taxation, employment contracts and commercial transactions.
A graduate of New York University’s School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance (cum laude) and Law School, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served in the Judge Advocate’s office, and a Certified Public Accountant.
We are deeply grateful for his many years of leadership, and we remain committed to serving the clients he cared for. Our thoughts are with his family.
